Our mission is simple. We are determined to reach a new generation of theatre-goer. We want people to see theatre who, for whatever reason, don't already. With today's distractions like Facebook and reality television, it's understandable that young people aren't flocking to the theatre.  We welcome these distractions as opportunity to change our generation's perception of theatre and how it can impact the way we choose to live our lives. We strive to create theatre as insightful as it is relevant; theatre that creates genuine human experiences that our audiences can connect with.  We hope that in doing so we will reach more young people, young people that have yet to realize they enjoy theatre. 
 
We measure our successes at the end of each play by raising the bar with what we can accomplish with the next; by doing so, we hope to help secure theatre as a medium for expression for the next generation. From the plays we choose and the artists we employ to the beers we drink, each decision we make is unified behind reaching that new generation of theatre-goer.
